Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team in Newbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support and education to KS2 students who require additional assistance with their social, emotional, and mental well-being. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH requirements. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional well-being. Collaborate with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
