Duties will include: Providing support to all managers and employees on best practice. Handling complex ER Cases including end to end processes for investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management. Sending out contracts and variation letters Supporting managers to reduce sickness absence Conducing Exit interviews Supporting the People team with additional Projects Maintain and updating company polices and procedures.
