Introduction The Health and Safety Business Partner role sits within the House of Commons Health and Safety Team within Governance Office. The Health and Safety team provides services to both the House of Commons and House of Lords and takes a holistic approach to managing the Estate using a Strategic Vision to ensure the Estate is safe. The Health and Safety Team comprises a number of safety professionals who are collaborating closely with stakeholders across the estate to develop local arrangements aligned to ISO45001 and to maintain compliance to the corporate safety management system. They also provide assurance to senior stakeholders that the system is appropriate, effective, implemented and compliant with relevant health and safety legislation.
