We are looking for New Homes Sales Negotiator to work weekends on a site in Ascot. Standard working hours would be working from 10am 5pm or sometimes slightly different depending on the requirement. Requirements Provided you can deliver a high standard of customer service and use your initiative this could be the role for you! Previous New Homes Sales experience is required You will be employed by UandP where you ll be paid a competitive hourly rate + holiday contributions, we also have enhanced rates for bank holidays and emergency bookings! Meeting and greeting customers on site Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements Dealing with incoming sales enquiries Taking customers on viewings Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales Ensuring the sales suite is presentable Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
