As our Operations Manager - Tenancy Services, you will oversee the proactive management of tenancy-related issues, ensuring compliance, sustaining tenancies, and improving customer experiences. You will lead a team of Tenancy Services Team Leaders, ensuring our service delivers timely and effective interventions. Responsibilities include, but aren''t limited to: Managing tenancy breaches, contractual change requests, and compliance matters including ASB, safeguarding and tenancy fraud. Leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support individuals with tenancy-related challenges. Driving service improvement initiatives and delivering right-first-time resolutions to improve and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction. Overseeing performance, budget management, and contract procurement. Handling escalated customer complaints and MP/Councillor enquiries.
