Provide evidence of compliance with validation and maintenance requirements during internal and external audits. Equipment Validation Conduct validation activities to ensure all equipment functions according to design and maintains required environmental conditions. Prepare and review validation protocol documentation in line with SOPs and validation plans. Perform validation and qualification of temperature-controlled equipment. Document and investigate validation deviations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
