Process and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with area sales managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams. Analyse sales data by product type and customer. Assist area sales managers in securing orders. Respond to customer requests for product information. Prepare and issue internal contract documentation. Provide after-sales and customer support. Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of GCSE in Maths, English, and Science. Strong customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Team-oriented with a technical background (advantageous).
