ResponsibilitiesLead MEP teams in designing Building Services for various projects, including major plant replacements.Utilize industry-standard design software for detailed design and calculation.Collaborate with clients, architects, and design team members to ensure project success.Manage projects efficiently, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Skills andamp; ExperienceSkilled in leading and managing Multi-Functional Project Teams, including external professionals such as contract managers and client representatives.Preferably, possess prior senior Project Management experience in Facilities Management.Experienced in Capital Investment Project management and successful project delivery.Hold ONC/HNC or equivalent in a Building Engineering Services design-related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in Building Engineering Services Refurbishment, particularly in small to medium-sized projects.
