We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join a fantastic team in Wimbledon. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics education to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall academic success of the school.Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective physics lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum.Develop and implement schemes of work, lesson plans, and educational activities that cater to the varying needs and abilities of students.Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.Contribute to the pastoral care and well-being of students.Stay up-to-date with developments in physics education and continue professional development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialization in Physics or a related field.
