A unique opportunity has arisen for an Architect or Architectural Technologist to join a national organisation focusing on Historic buildings and their adaptations in line with Climate change and other environmental factors.This excellent opportunity located in York, will offer the successful candidate the chance to influence and greatly enhance not only the projects you work on, but wider policy relating to these schemes. This will involve the development of technical information alongside various senior colleagues and department leaders. You will contribute to consultations, focus groups and the compilation of evidence in various settings. Your professional knowledge earned as an Architectural professional will be essential to providing relevant and appropriate hands-on experience where there is a current knowledge-gap.As a team leader you will likely travel nationwide to various projects and sites, and to regional offices and meeting groups. On a local level you will work with a close-knit team of fellow Architectural and construction professionals. This will involve the coordination and management of colleagues and their respective workloads.
