PV Electrician Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established electrical and mechanical contractor based in Ipswich to work around the local area. Due to expansion, they are currently recruiting for a skilled PV Electrician to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and commissioning solar PV systems on domestic and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Install and commission domestic and commercial solar PV systems. Carry out electrical testing and fault finding on PV installations. Perform maintenance and repairs on solar PV systems. Qualifications and Experience Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Proven experience with solar PV installation (domestic and/or commercial). Full UK driving license. Desirable: CandG 2391 or equivalent Testing and Inspection qualification. MCS Certification experience. Knowledge of battery storage systems and EV charge points. Demand for this role will undoubtedly be high and interviews will be arranged very soon.
