You will lead the Customer Services Experience development team, which is working on delivering a next-level customer service by making use of AI inside and outside of Salesforce – join us on an incredibly exciting journey.

What role will you play?

As an Engineering Manager of teams working in Salesforce, you will own the SDLC of the digital experience focused Salesforce platform including feature design, quality assurance and integrations with our banking ecosystem.

As well as technology ownership, you will own the hiring, retention and growth and development of an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and works well within the overall system architecture. You will mentor engineers, deep dive into technical problems, and provide leadership on complex technology issues, leading a team of Software Engineers (currently around 12 Engineers across 2 scrum teams).

What you offer

  • Computer science education or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of how to build scalable, maintainable and performant web applications
  • Product company experience with an understanding of how to build great products in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering complex engineering initiatives
  • Java experience a bonus! (relevant for our integrations)
  • Strong technical background in Salesforce
  • Experience managing one or more software engineering teams
