MandA Associate - Corporate Finance 48000 - 50000 Corporate Finance Wiltshire The Company We currently working with an established business based in Wiltshire, who is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join them as a qualified trainee. You will join their fast-paced expanding business supporting delivering on deals, working as an advisor predominantly to owner managed businesses. The Role The role will be based out of their Wiltshire offices (with regular travel to meet clients) and requires an ambitious and driven individual to join this high performing team of MandA specialists. You will learn how to manage acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fundraising for clients across all sectors. Mentored by a team of experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of deals in small but growing teams. This role will enable you to take part in initial client meetings and deal structuring, preparation of financial models, and the creation of business plans. The Candidate You will be a Qualified Accountant, ACA , ACCA or CIMA, with a passion for delivering high quality results.
