Package Description Job Title: Lead Registered Nurse Reports to: Associate Clinical Director- Adults Hours: 37.5 hours per week (negotiable) Location: Home based with National Travel (Ideal candidate will be West Midlands based) Benefits: £3,600 Car Allowance, 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, Mileage 18p-23p per mile, Registration Funding Yearly Job Purpose Working as part of Keys Group Adult Clinical Services to provide direct and indirect clinical advice, assessments, interventions, treatment, and reviews to support the Physical Health care needs of adults residing within our Learning Disability, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury services across England and Wales. Main Duties and Responsibilities CLINICAL To work autonomously, and as part of an Multi-disciplinary Team, to provide physical health care input to Keys services within the designated region, including providing clinical support and advice to professional colleagues.
