My client is currently undertaking an exciting expansion of their Product team and are looking to bring in a Product Manager to work with the Transformation Team to deliver a new CRM across the business. As a Product Manager, CRM, you will: Support the development and execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy Through research and development, experimentation, and testing, ensure new features and capabilities are easy to use and solve business problems Be at the heart of the transformation: working alongside the business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality CRM solutions - implementing a user centred design approach and working cross-functionally Ensure that CRM controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant Participate in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams The ideal Product Manager will have at least 3 years of experience in product management, utilising Microsoft Dynamics and developing CRM solutions for organisations that have multiple teams across different geographies.
