About the Team This is an exciting time to join the Rapid Resolution Team which operates as a centre of excellence within the Professional Regulation directorate. The Team act as trusted advisors to the Executive Director and senior leadership team within Professional Regulation thanks to their combined strengths of technical mastery, strategic big picture thinking and ability to lead transformational change. This combination of skills is essential to support the business to emerge from a period of uncertainty and instability and deliver an ambitious programme of change which will improve the experience of everyone involved in the fitness to practise process and ensure the operating model is fit for the future. This is the organisation''s top priority. The Team is responsible for translating the vision set by senior leadership into robust, sustainable changes to the operating model. The Team lead on design and delivery of cross-cutting initiatives which break down departmental siloes and encourage strategic thinking, such as the strategy for the new legal service contracts. The Team operates in a matrix management structure to influence changes to ways of working across teams, mentoring other managers to support and encourage cross-cutting whole process thinking and working alongside them to embed change.
