Your new role As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 15 colleagues with general administrative duties including data input, booking transport and accommodation, chasing accounts and invoices, ordering equipment, collating information for bids and tenders, diary management, and a variety of other tasks as required.What you''ll need to succeed Key skills you will need:IT proficiency Experience using MS Office including Word and ExcelStrong numeracy skillsAdministrative experienceStrong organisation skillsStrong communication skillsIt would also be great if you had experience using the Wholebase system, but training will be provided, so this is not a requirement.
