They are currently seeking a Senior Estimator - or an experienced estimator seeking to accelerate their career to this level - to work in their Refubishment division. This division generates 80-90m turnover p/a for this main contractor - and is the largest division in the group. Projects tendered for are predominantly in social housing refurbishments and public sector contracts. Examples of these may potentially involve retro fitting occupied tower blocks or the refurbishment of intensive care units. The value of tenders worked upon range from around 1m - 9m although can occasionally be larger when working on Framework projects. You will report to the Managing Estimator in your division and will be supported by an Assistant Estimator.
