Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who''s looking for a Maintenance Contracts/Account Manager. Requirements: Proficient in quoting and day to day running of clients Minimum of 2 years'' experience in reactive maintenance or construction Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Access Maintain, Verisae) Strong focus on customer service, with experience in quoting and estimating Excellent communication skills at all levels Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, with a willingness to learn new systems Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients Experience in handling financial matters (e.g., invoicing) Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and resolve issues efficiently Knowledge of maintenance processes, technical documents, and reports Analytical thinking to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Duties: Communicate effectively with clients and manage financial discussions Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Organise and prioritise tasks, managing multiple accounts Interpret technical documents and solve problems efficiently Additional Information: Smart dress code required for client meetings Office-based role with an 80/20 split between office and site visits May involve overnight stays and attendance at client functions (expenses covered) Pension and ..... full job details .....
