The Opportunity They have an opportunity for a Projects Manager or Contracts Manager to lead the management of the structural elements of their projects. Projects are mainly single dwelling prime residential residences, plus some super high spec multi unit schemes. Projects are typically 500k to 6m, often forming ''Phase 1'' of 2 stage projects where the company will go on to secure the fit out. Reporting to a company Director you will have day to day responsibility for multiple concurrent sites. They are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic character who can ensure optimal performance of the site teams, internal trades and subcontractors.
