Due to sustained growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as Payroll Supervisor. Your Duties: Processing payroll and CIS for a portfolio of temporary agency workers and full time PAYE staff. Responsible for ensuring that BACS payments, RTI and AE submissions are accurate and timely. Working closely with clients and internal consultants to set expectations and resolve payroll issues. Excellent understanding of pension contributions, holiday pay, SSP, SMP and other schemes. Liaison with HMRC when required. Oversee and input temporary workers timesheets. Developing trusted relationships with clients through the provision of excellent service and regular contact. Keeping abreast of new legislation and keeping payroll team up to date. Improving processes where necessary Candidates will be/have: Have experience in processing large scale weekly payroll Experience of CIS would be advantageous Computer literate in MS Office including Excel to an Intermediate/Advanced Level Experienced in working in a deadline driven environment, where customer satisfaction is paramount Excellent communication skills, happy to speak with clients and temporary workers to resolve issues that arise Able to effectively problem solve Able to work cohesively in a team environment Remuneration: 35,000 p/a 20 days holiday rising to 24 days through return of ..... full job details .....
