This is a hybrid position, requiring regular on-site attendance in Victoria, London. The Role Oversee the Leasehold and Income Service, ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and compliance with all relevant legislation and standards. Lead rent and service charge setting processes, ensuring thorough Member sign-off and active resident engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with elected Members, senior managers, and external stakeholders. Respond to enquiries, provide briefing notes, and produce detailed reports. Actively seek and implement customer feedback to drive service improvements, ensuring a focus on equality, diversity, and inclusivity in all aspects of the role.
