The candidate will need to have factory experience and worked with machinery or be very familiar with the tasks involved in and around industrial machines.This is a 24 hour operation so the candidate will need to be flexible over days and night covering: 6am 2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm 6amThere is training given and an opportunity for a candidate to move up to the next level to be a Shift Supervisor.
