Continuous Improvement and Governance Enhance service protection by refining change management processes, improving release strategies, and ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements. Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Management Collaborate with key teams across the business to provide visibility on project timelines, mitigate risks, and safeguard live service integrity.
