Quality Improvement Officer, Social Care, Commissioning, Administration, Fixed Term, Southend Essex Your new role Southend''s Commissioning Directorate are looking to appoint a full-time Quality Improvement Officer in a fixed term capacity until November 2026.Within this position, hybrid working opportunities are available. However, you are required to be on-site at the Civic Centre a minimum of 1 day a week.You are required to be a car driver and have use of a car for this position.The main purpose of the Quality and Improvement position is to improve the quality of care and support experienced by residents of Southend. A key part of the role is to inspect, monitor, develop and implement quality improvement plans that enable providers to improve services.
