The RoleWe are recruiting for a Bid Manager to join our Southern regional team. As the successful candidate you will focus on leading bids for projects across South London and the South East. Leading first-stage bids, you will be responsible for high-quality submissions that will impress our customers. We are committed to truly understanding our customers'' needs and developing sustainable solutions that are articulated in clear submissions.NB. This is a 12 months fixed term contract - maternity leave cover!You will have a work winning mindset and a passion for creating high quality bids. You do not need to have worked in construction previously but must be able to demonstrate the skills and capabilities outlined below:Strong team leadership skills: Leading the team assembled for the bid who will come from other internal departments and outside the business.
