As a Deputy Ward Manager ( RMN ), you will ensure all patients in this service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. The role of the Deputy Ward Manager ( RMN ) is to provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team, supporting the Ward Manager.
