We are seeking a skilled Home Manager to lead this prestigious new build. Due to personal circumstances, the appointed manager cannot continue, creating an opportunity for a dedicated leader to take charge. As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and full occupancy. CQC registration and a strong understanding of relevant legislation are essential. You will receive full support from our Operations and Central teams, as well as an in-house Deputy Manager, Administrator, and dedicated Hospitality and Housekeeping teams to maintain operational excellence and outstanding care.
