About the Role:
We''re seeking a semi-skilled Assembly Operative for our client in Gloucester. In this role, you''ll be assembling and wiring electronic control panels with a focus on precision and quality. If you have a technical background and hands-on experience in electrical assembly, this is an ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and wire electronic control panels following technical diagrams and specifications.
- Safely operate hand tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality checks and adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and inspect completed assemblies to verify functionality and reliability.

Requirements:

- Manual Dexterity: Able to pass a dexterity test.
- Experience: Previous experience in electrical or panel assembly is preferred.
- Security Clearance: Must pass a security DBS vetting process.
- Interview: Part of the selection process includes client interview.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving needs.
