Construction Manager Due to expansion plans, a privately owned construction business has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis. Their portfolio of works includes new build, design and build, refurbishment, renovations, alterations and other small works. The Role - Construction Manager Reporting to the Construction Director, but working in close liaison with the project management teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day contracts management on a variety of projects with values ranging from £1m to 12m. You will have a Project Manager / Site Manager based on site and will oversee the running of up to 3 schemes.
