Our client is currently looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join their team on a permanent part-time basis (18.5 hours). You will deliver excellent housing management services, engaging with communities and resolving tenancy issues to improve residents lives. Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality housing management, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming neighbourhoods.Spend 80% of your time in neighbourhoods, managing inspections, tenancy checks, and property maintenance.Address anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, creating action plans as needed.Collaborate with internal and external agencies for customer support and safeguarding.Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Work with stakeholders to develop neighbourhood action plans and local investments.
