Your new role We are looking for social housing professionals to join Birmingham City Council as part of their Homeless Centre Support staff. As a Housing Support Officer, you will deliver a responsive and customer focused temporary accommodation service and ensure residents promptly access support identified in their Personal Housing and TA Move On plans. There are a number of different locations across Birmingham in which these service centres are located, these locations being Cotteridge, Aston and Perry Barr, if these locations work for you, please ask for the availability.You will also ensure any income collected is received within agreed procedures and targets, follow service procedures when issuing and recording warnings for minor breaches in tenancy.
