Fantastic interim opportunity to join a leading organisation in Birmingham as a Programme Manager on an outside IR35 basis paying £700pd. You will be required to do 2 days a week on site. You will be hands on with a focus on Target Operating Models, Process Management / Process reengineering. The Programme manager will be responsible for the delivery of the Operations Improvement Programme, which will design a new Target Operating Model for operations, to support the development and embedding of operational excellence, putting operators at the heart of our service. This includes redesigning operational processes, implementing new technologies and managing the required people change. Your role will closely align with the technology change element of the programme, with the aim of streamlining work processes to make them fit for purpose for new technology.
