SEN Teaching Assistant Remedy Education are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a PMLD school as a Teaching Assistant in Colchester, the successful candidate will assist the class teacher in providing a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for our students with special educational needs.Key Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistant:Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and interventions to students with special educational needsAssisting with individual and small group work, under the direction of the class teacherHelping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for studentsSupporting students with physical and personal care needs, as requiredAssisting with record keeping and monitoring of students'' progressDeveloping positive relationships with students, their families and other staff membersRequirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:Previous experience of working with children with special educational needsA passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their livesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a team and take direction from the class teacherPatience and empathyA commitment to continuing professional developmentThis is a full-time position 8:30am - 15:30 pm Monday - Friday.If you are a dedicated and caring individual with a passion for working with children with special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.To apply for SEN Teaching ..... full job details .....
