Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour.Encourage and motivate students to engage in their learning.Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
