Role Overview The Gluing Minder will manage the construction of printed packaging in various formats and materials. This position is an on-machine role, operating the range of gluing lines and equipment available from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Operating a variety of gluing lines to construct high-quality cartons and other packaging types. Organise systems to ensure all jobs for the gluing shift are ready. Manage the quality of packaging gluing and construction. Assist in planning trials for new packaging projects. Ensure daily schedules are met. Complete documentation for traceability to maintain excellent BRCGS grade. Perform daily maintenance and care of gluing lines and machinery.
