As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced teachers to support and inspire our students to achieve their full potential.Qualifications are not required, however relevant experience in a school or nursery setting is essential.Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons. Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional support and guidance. Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist with classroom management and behaviour management. Support the assessment and recording of student progress. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.Requirements: Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
