Salary £25,564 + benefits Full Time 35 hours per week IMMEDIATE START Permanent Role Responsibilities for Membership Support and Administration Support the Advisory Appointments Committees group. Respond to queries from members, customers and the public, acting as a first point of contact for all telephone enquiries. Process membership subscriptions including online payments, credit and debit cards, cheque and bank transfer. Send out diploma confirmation letters. Process all the examination results - record in SIMS. Assist with the membership renewal process and send out notifications and reminders via Dotmailer. Ensure that appropriate guidance and policy advice is provided to advisors and College assessors and that all queries are followed up appropriately. Coordinate assessor involvement and ensure that all the relevant arrangements and requirements are properly communicated.
