Administrator – Part Time

Pertemps Stoke are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience to support day-to-day tasks in a busy office environment. The role offers flexibility in hours and has the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities of this Administrator role:

  • Filing and organising documents
  • Completing paperwork and updating in-house systems
  • Managing weekly material requisitions for Warehouse and Transport Consumables
  • Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Skills and Experience Required for this Administrator role:
  • Previous admin experience (essential)
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Reliable and able to work independently
Details of this Administrator role:
  • Weekly pay
  • Free on-site parking
  • Temp to perm role
  • Monday to Friday 9:30-14:30 (Can be flexible)
  • Hourly rate £12.11ph
