Role: Team Leader Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor Job summary: As a Team Leader you are working at the forefront of the business. It is your responsibility to ensure that your work with your Team and Supervisors to work efficiently but safely to meet set business targets. Responsibilities and duties: Working in the factory, as directed by your supervisor to ensure the smooth running of a production line and completing paperwork as required. Allocating individual daily tasks to your team, using the skills of the team to the best advantage, in order to achieve the production target for the day. Ensuring that your team carry out their allocated tasks consistently in order that the production line is not required to stop between breaks periods Being aware of company Health and Safety policy and ensuring that you comply (e.g., ensuring safety guards are always in place; sticking to defined walkways; observing safe lifting techniques etc) Being prepared to move from one task to another, as the requirements of the business dictates and promoting a good team-working environment and maintain good working relations with other teams and departments ..... full job details .....
