Working alongside the multidisciplinary team you will support with mindful practice, high levels of engagement and think on your feet to create activities to aid the recovery for each young woman within their journey. You will have NHS or private sector experience working within Complex care and mental health services. You will use your knowledge, experience and training to make a positive difference to the lives of woman with an emerging or personality disorder.This can be a challenging role at times, so experience is essential.
