Senior Controls Engineer £50-60k + Paid Overtime + 9% Pension + Healthcare Car hired for UK work West Midlands Ref: 23973 Senior Controls Engineer - The Role: Conceptual design of integrated process systems Preparing detailed cost estimates and outline specifications Assisting Sales present/sell the solution to clients when required Writing detailed functional design specifications Maintaining the standard portfolio of functional design specifications Design of system architecture, network connections and interfaces Production of PLC and HMI software - Siemens and/or Rockwell Familiarity with OPCUA communications Developing new products and methods of control Development of standard software modules to improve company efficiency Develop and maintain standard documentation associated with controls systems such as FDS, SDS and basic electrical drawings To undertake Site Installation and Commissioning, on a project-by-project basis Evaluate new or existing equipment, with a capability to carry out risk assessments for safety regulations and CE / UKCA compliance.
