About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. • Supporting meal preparation and feeding where necessary. • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. • Providing companionship and emotional support. • Assisting with light household tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment. • Documenting care provided and reporting changes in service users needs.
