Mechanical Fitter- Maintenance The Company: My client is one of the largest independent providers of property maintenance services in the UK, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to thousands of clients across tens of thousands of locations around the UK. They provide, Mechanical and Electrical, Fabric, Air conditioning and Combustion, maintenance and installations to commercial and retail environments. With 15 regional offices they are national specialists in planned and responsive maintenance and all of there services are based on self delivery , which means that they employ only the best, fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain quality standards. They currently employ over 2000 technicians and engineers. The Role An experienced mechanical maintenance engineer is required to carry ppm and reactive maintenance to a prestigious building in Wiltshire. You should hold City and Guilds or NVQ in a mechanical discipline level 3 or its equivalent. You should have previous experience carrying out HVAC mechanical plant maintenance to office buildings inclusive of working on pumps, motors and pressurization units. You must be client facing with good communication skills. This vacancy is working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. It also comes with an attractive salary package, pension and healthcare.
