Senior Electrical Design Engineer (MEP / Building Services) Hertfordshire Hybrid Working £55k - £70k + Benefits Consultancy / Construction / MEP / Building Services / Senior Electrical Design Engineer / Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer This role is for a team playing senior electrical design engineer, you will join the MEP team of an established multi-disciplinary design consultancy. You will work on complex and high specification design and/or construction projects, creating or upgrading industrial, process, research, commercial and public buildings. Project are based throughout the UK and Europe You will join a team committed to high standards of engineering with a focus on sustainability. Responsibilities Detailed design drawings with a specialisation in electrical system design. Preparing specifications and schedules and design development reports. Taking projects through from inception to completion and handover. Undertaking survey work. Production of feasibility reports. Attend site progress meetings and review installations. Supporting junior staff. Maintaining good client relationships. Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teams. Experience Required Preferably a bachelor s or master s degree in building services or electrical engineering. Solid electrical design experience in the building services sector.
