Managing the full project lifecycle, such as design to customer standards, HMI design and commissioning. The controls engineer will design and program complex automation solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including installation at customers facility. Creating a functional design specification, you will work on multi line projects as part of a team, and also participate in continuous improvement activities across the department.The PersonA minimum of 3 years experience programming automated production linesExtensive knowledge of PLC and HMI design and commissioningExposure to Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7Fluent in ladder, graph, and SCL languages, as well as proficient experience with Siemens WinCC, Allen Bradley and Rockwell softwareYou will have advanced knowledge of pneumatic safety principles and design, with experience of resistance welding, electrical standards and latest safety standardsA strong understanding of ..... full job details .....
