Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Geography to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices for effective lesson delivery.
• Regularly assess student progress, offer constructive feedback, and create opportunities for improvement.
• Support students outside the classroom through extra-curricular activities and revision sessions, as needed.
• Plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and challenging, ensuring all students are supported in reaching their potential.
• Foster a positive and productive classroom environment by managing behavior and promoting respect.

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• Experience teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• A strong passion for Geography with the ability to inspire and engage students.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A commitment to professional growth and a desire to continuously improve teaching skills.
