Key Responsibilities: Installation of Fire Stopping Systems: Apply fire-resistant materials to seal gaps and penetrations in fire-rated walls, floors, and ceilings. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular inspections and perform necessary repairs to existing fire stopping measures to maintain their effectiveness. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all installations meet industry standards and local building codes. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and compliance checks. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: A minimum of 2 years in fire stopping within a construction environment is preferred.
