Building Manager We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a substantial commercial office building in Central London, spanning over 200,000 square feet. This is a high-responsibility role that requires an individual with a proven track record in building management, budget control, and delivering excellence in tenant and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Building Management: Oversee the daily operations of the commercial office building, ensuring all services run smoothly. Budget Control: Manage a 3 million annual service charge budget, optimizing expenditure without compromising service quality. Team Supervision: Supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to high standards and safety protocols. Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Handover Stage: Collaborate with the outgoing building manager for a smooth transition into the role. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a building management role, preferably in large-scale commercial properties. Financial Acumen: Strong budget management experience, capable of overseeing a large-scale service charge. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
