Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team.Your new role As Project Manager, you will be based in the Midlands area and be responsible for, but not limited to:Creating and maintaining programmes as well as producing forecasts and procurement schedulesApproving subcontractor invoices and ensuring payments are made within timescalesMonitoring and reviewing financial and delivery performanceCoordinating with the client and subcontractors regarding HandS audits/inspectionsLiaising with the delivery team to ensure successful project delivery.What you''ll need to succeed Experience of managing and delivering civil, mechanical and/or electrical works from inception through to completion in the water (clean and/or waste) industryUnderstanding of health and safety regulations and complianceSound communication and leadership abilitiesStrong organisational and time management skills.What you''ll get in return You will receive a salary up to £60,000 based on your experience and a company car or car allowance. 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays (options to buy/sell more).
